We’re on the hunt for a dedicated, detail-oriented Holiday Manager Assistant to bring a touch of creative flair and join our close-knit team. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for interiors and an appreciation for beautifully curated spaces.

Your New Role Includes

  • Supporting the Holiday Manager in seamless day-to-day operations
  • Providing exceptional guest service and a warm welcome during check-in/check-out
  • Managing property bookings and inquiries with care and efficiency
  • Assisting with property maintenance and enhancing their aesthetic presentation

What You Will Bring

  • Previous experience in Real Estate or Property Management (preferred)
  • A creative eye and interest in interior design
  • Strong computer skills, familiarity with reservation systems
  • Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
  • Knowledge of the Residential Real Estate Act (or willingness to learn)
  • A reliable car and valid driver’s license
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to thrive under pressure
  • Availability to work weekends and school holidays
