Noosa Beach Abodes has ensured the Villa is equipped so guests can cook up a storm or enjoy a BBQ on the deck.
The space includes a light-filled lounge room, living, dining – all opening up to the beautiful water outlook from your balcony.
Located on the street end of the complex this 2 bedroom Villa has both bedrooms located on the ground floor, and both with direct access via sliding glass doors with plantation shutters to the ground floor private secured courtyard.
The master bedroom has air-con and ceiling fan, the second bedroom has a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have security screens to the courtyard that are lockable to allow a river breeze.
The two bedrooms have 5-star resort-style beds with luxurious bedding, and the master suite has a king-size bed and ensuite, with its own private courtyard encasing the Villa bedrooms downstairs. There are two bathrooms and a laundry.
Everything is designed in the Villa with exquisite attention to detail to make our guests feel relaxed and comfortable. The courtyard has two sun loungers to read a book or laze in the morning and afternoon sun.
The communal pool overlooks the water and is perfect after a morning at the beach.
There’s the lounge, dining, an open-plan kitchen and deck. The focal point of the living area is a outlook and the fully equipped kitchen, so our guests can entertain at home or enjoy an afternoon drink overlooking the water of the Noosa River. The whole top floor of the Villa is flooded with natural light and in the evening it’s awash with soft mood lighting. Offering direct access to the waterfront playground of Noosa Sound, you can lounge on the sand or even bring your trailer & boat and pull it up onto the sandy beach at the front of the complex.

BRISBANE AIRPORT: 1.5 hours drive - Direct flights operate from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast multiple times a day.
Cleaning fees may apply to shorter stays.
Booking Fee - $50 Non Refundable booking fee will be applied to all bookings.
PETS - Pet Friendly Fee - there is a $150 per dog fee - small dogs on application and then approval. There are also common sense pet rules that we kindly ask our guests to abide by when bringing their dog to our pet friendly holiday properties.
PLEASE NOTE – Under no circumstance is this holiday property to be used as a party venue or for functions or gatherings. Breaching these rules results in immediate termination of your booking, also the Bond can be withheld.

Very nice apartment in a great location walking distance from the lovely beach and restaurants. It is very well kitted with everything you need particularly the kitchen. We had an issue with one of the sinks not draining but the host was very quick to get a plumber in to resolve it. There is a good sized balcony upstairs and a patio garden downstairs so great for small pets. The pool is really lovely. The only negative is the road noise which is can be a little loud at times. Otherwise a really great holiday apartment. Would definitely stay here again. Date of arrival 28th February 2022

Great home, perfect for those longer stays with all the comforts of home. Being in between Noosaville and Noosa Heads gave us the best of both worlds with plenty of options. Modern, clean and well looked after furniture and appliances. Wished I could have stayed longer

Styled beautifully and in a great location between Noosa Heads and Noosaville. It is on the main road but it didn’t bother us at all. Great pool and access to the waterfront!

Stylish place with beautiful lounge area, large smart TV, and comfortable main bedroom with ensuite bathroom. As noted in other reviews, important to note positioned next to a main road, fortunately settled by ~mid-evening and was then quiet until the morning. Kitchen well-equipped and nice body and hand wash provided.
