Beautiful ocean views and ultimate beach location. 65 Seaview Terrace is situated in the sought after location of the northern pocket of Sunshine Beach. This home is a classic beach house, offering amazing sea views, breezes, location, beach access, peace, quiet and relaxation!
This is a very spacious pet-friendly residence is only meters from the beach. With plenty of space for family, friends or groups who love spending quality time together, and in an ideal beach location. Sleeping up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms this holiday house is split across 3 levels.
Upstairs: There are 3 bedrooms on the top level. The Queen master bedroom enjoys ocean views and a brand new ensuite. Bedroom 2 and 3 have King beds (which can be made into 2 x King Singles on request) and share a brand new bathroom. All rooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
Middle Level: This level is the main living areas of the house, where family and friends can come together enjoy meals, cooking together, swimming in the pool or relaxing on the front deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean..... enjoying the beautiful sea breezes. There are two living areas on this level, one with TV and the other looking out to the sea. The kitchen and dining areas are also located on this level - perfect for family breakfasts, lazy lunches, dinners, entertaining and away from the bedrooms. The open plan living area with amazing ocean views features high ceilings with lovely original timber beams and rafters. It connects to both the large front deck and a rear entertaining area featuring the in-ground pool.
Lower Level: On the entrance level there is the fourth bedroom - this can sleep 4 guests, has a bench seat along the window, great for kids and teenagers to enjoy, and another full bathroom with bath. The 4th bedroom offers 2 x Singles which can also be made into a King on request. There are 2 Single trundles under these beds, which can be made up for an additional $150 dollars. This room can therefore sleep up to 4 guests comfortably.

Sunshine Beach: 50m walk - direct beach access across the road Sunshine Beach Village: 2.1 km walk Features: Pet friendly, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, in ground pool, Wi-Fi, Weber Bbq, covered outdoor entertaining area, laundry with washer & dryer, off-street parking, 2 x Smart Tvs, air conditioning and fans. Airport: Sunshine Coast Airport - this is the closest airport to Noosa, located half an hour's drive south in Maroochydore. Direct flights operate from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast multiple times a day.
Pets - Pet Friendly Fee - there is a 150 dollars per dog fee - all dogs on application and then approval. There are also common sense pet rules that we kindly ask our guests to abide by when bringing their dog to our pet friendly holiday properties.
Please note – Under no circumstance is this home to be used as a party venue or for functions or gatherings. Breaching these rules results in immediate termination of your booking, also the Bond can be withheld.
