Linen & Cleaning

Take in the breathtaking blue in Noosa’s beautiful waters. Noosa’s beaches have something for everyone – from the safe, calm waters of Laguna Bay that lap Noosa’s Main Beach and are hugged by the Noosa National Park on one side and Noosa North Shore on the other, to the expansive open beaches on the eastern seaboard.

The Noosa region is the 10th World Surfing Reserve, recognising decades of best practice in coastal management and protection, and surfers come from around the world to surf Noosa’s breaks, especially during the Noosa Festival of Surfing, held in March each year.

There are beaches for swimming, surfing, stand-up paddling, boating, fishing, kite-surfing, snorkelling, walking, exploring – there are even beaches for dogs to run off-leash.

There are few places in the world where you have a thriving town centre just a stone’s throw from stunning natural landscapes like Noosa National Park.

National Park is a national natural treasure. Visit Noosa and enjoy this world class environmental masterpiece. It is here that tourists will be able to enjoy the breathtaking scenery and immense variety of unique and interesting wildlife.

Noosa National Park beaches: Walk the beautiful coastal boardwalk from Hastings Street to the Noosa National Park entrance (about 10 minutes), then continue along the track to secluded beaches including Tea Tree Bay, Alexandria Bay and Granite Bay that are lapped by the clear waters of Laguna Bay. Stop at lookouts along the way for stunning views across to Noosa North Shore. The points are popular with surfers but the beaches are not patrolled, and not recommended for swimming.

It’s no wonder the Noosa region is renowned for its award-winning restaurants, cafes and bars, with an abundance of fresh, local and delectable produce prepared by dedicated and experienced chefs.

There’s something for all tastes, from riverfront restaurants to Hastings Street and along the beachfront, throughout the hinterland and in beachside villages of Sunshine Beach and Peregian Beach.

Noosa Beach Abodes are happy to offer a list of our favorites!

Shopping in Noosa is not for the faint-hearted and should almost certainly be considered an event in itself. With so many retail precincts, each with their own distinct personality, it really is a haven for those who like a little retail therapy with their holiday.

Markets are held at Eumundi on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, Noosa Farmers Market every Sunday, Noosa Harbour Markets on Sunday, and at Peregian Beach on the first, third and fifth Sunday of each month from 7 – 12.30.

NOOSA RIVER

The Noosa River is one of three river catchments located within or partly within the Noosa Shire Council area.

The Noosa River flows south from the Cooloola Section of the Great Sandy National Park into Laguna Bay.

The Noosa River provides calm waters, perfect for safe swimming, jet ski fun, kayaking, fishing, stand-up paddling and a variety of boat cruising options. Noosaville has the Noosa River winding through its heart, this is a laidback holiday spot with gorgeous water views, shady trees and picnic spots along 2km of grassy foreshore.

Idyllic at sunset, pack your picnic blanket, or visit one of the many restaurants or bars for a sunset beverage of choice.
